Tuesday –
Chapter 3, Section 2 – “Political and Economic Systems” pages 100-105
vocabulary: sovereignty, unitary system, federation, confederation, authoritarian, dictatorship, totalitarianism, monarchy, democracy, traditional economy, market economy, command economy
Students will learn that the world’s countries have a variety of government and economic systems based on differing philosophies.
Wednesday –
PLATO Lab – Students will research different religions, governments, and economies around the world to help better understand the differences of each.
Thursday –
Chapter 3 Review and Assessment, pages 106-107
Students will work in groups reviewing and discussing religion, government, and economies.
Friday –
